Hello Family!

This week has been full of fear and confusion in regards to the news of COVID-19. We would like you to know that we intend to stay strong and keep all cafe's and coffee roasting operations open during this time. We have been in contact with our local health departments and state officials in order to take the proper actions to protect you and our staff. In response to that, our in-house Director of Safety has put into place the following adjustments inside our cafes:

1. During this time we will only use paper or plastic drink and foodwares. This also means we will not serve in your personal cups and tumblers.
2. All lids, cream, sugar, and stirrers will be kept behind the bar and will be available on request.
3. We will maintain our current standards for cleanliness and personal health and hygiene throughout the cafe.

It means so much to us that you trust us, especially with your health. We hope Heartwood, as always, is a safe place to spend time with friends and family.
