Grow Together Campaign

Heartwood takes pride in fostering communities that thrive. It’s fulfilling to watch people grow together. During times of uncertainty interactions may be limited, but together we will see this through. How? As a small business we think it may look something like this: taking a moment to show care through an act of kindness. 

THE GOAL of the Grow Together Campaign is to create opportunities for our community and yours to build hope and #growtogether. 

We’ve put together a care package with items from local CLE businesses to send to people in your community and ours:

We need your help collecting stories and donations. 

THE STORY is up to you: share about someone you love, a person who has made a positive impact in your life, or just someone you’d like to spread hope to. (A paragraph length story is perfect: keep it short and sweet!) 

DONATIONS small or big can be given towards this campaign. 70% of all proceeds will go towards sending care packages to the people you and others have written stories about. The other 30% will go towards a charitable cause (during the months of June and July these donations will send meals from Heartwood to healthcare workers in the Cleveland area).
