What is your favorite thing about your job?

The idea of constantly working towards perfecting something, and seeing how people react to the changes and improvements made to the coffees.

What is your favorite quote?

"If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love."

This quote underpins most things in my life, especially my relationships.

What is your favorite drink and food?

Drink: I'm not ashamed to say that an extremely cold can of Coca-cola is prob my favorite beverage.

Fall, without a doubt. But there's something about the silence of a winter night...

Hiking across the Isle of Skye in northwest Scotland.
