They are part of the APECAP Association and their farms, sitting at an elevation of ~1,600 m.a.s.l, and with an average size of 3.5 Ha, are part of the “Clean Production Territories” of Palanda.

We are finding a bright and vibrant cup full of sweet citrus, delicate florals and sweetness like wildflower honey, and a lingering round acidity similar to green apple.
