Ruvumu #14, Burundi

Ruvumu #14, Burundi

$24.00

Rooted in Burundi's highland "up country," coffees from Ruvumu Hill sprout from red clay soils at 1,800-2,200 masl, bordering the sacred Kibira forest where former kings are buried beneath towering indigenous trees. Cherries are hand-delivered to Umoco, the region's sole washing station, and carefully wet-fermented and sun-dried. The result is a vibrant high-elevation coffee shaped by ancestral land and meticulous processing.
