Gotiti sits within Ethiopia's legendary Yirgacheffe region, in the Gedeb woreda. Farmers here- 868 of them- grow coffee on tiny plots, often intercropped with shade trees that naturally enrich the soil. They carry their cherry by mule or on foot to the local washing station, where it's carefully washed, fermented, and dried. The result is exactly what you'd expect from this land: elegant, floral, and distinct.
