Felix - a self-described coffee fanatic - and son-in-law William co-manage their 3-hectare farm in Loja alongside a 2-hectare forest reserve. Their 4,500 trees of typica, caturra, and yellow catucai are processed with precision: 24 hours in cherry, 30-36 hours of dry fermentation, then 10-12 days greenhouse drying. Since 2017, a focus on specialty quality has reignited Felix's lifelong passion for the craft.
